Nikki is a fantastic trainer. She is so positive and patient, and is incredibly knowledgeable. She has been so giving of her time, particularly when we have hit low points or been in crisis with some puppy/dog issue. Nikki is always encouraging and I come away from every session I've had with her, not just feeling that I've learned something, but also feeling really good about being a dog owner. She helps you to understand your dog's behaviour as the starting point for learning how to change it or shape new behaviours. A recent example is a one to one session that we had with Nikki on off-lead walking, which I was starting to despair about because my 16 month old dog was taking off after any other dog, squirrel etc, really helped to turn things around and we are now having regular periods completely off-lead, some time with a training lead attached but not being held, and at other times he's still on the lead. She gave me the confidence and the knowledge to judge better which of those was appropriate for different situations. I don't think I would have got there so quickly without Nikki's help. I cannot recommend her highly enough. As well as being an incredible dog trainer, she is also an all-round really nice person to train with. I think the humans learn as much as the dogs from her.

"We first found Nikki via google before she was recommended to us via our vets. The sign-up process was simple and Nikki kept us informed of when the next batch of beginner classes were beginning. Nikki’s professionalism and knowledge was fantastic throughout all the classes we attended, with follow up emails recapping each lesson as well as an open forum to answer any questions during the sessions too. We were also unable to attend a session at the allotted time and Nikki went out of her way to accommodate us and provide a 1:1 lesson with our puppy so that we did not miss out.
